CASE | 大虎老火锅成都店

大虎老火锅不止是一家火锅店，更是一个不设限、敢于突破的中性的品牌。在这个项目中我们选用惯用的不锈钢材质为室内空间基调，打破黑白灰基底惯例，放大品牌色占比。抛弃依赖产品图片调动食欲的方式，以直白文字表达为核心，给予顾客最直观感受。

同时我们在空间中也为顾客提供了可探索的细节，在顾客的动线中设置了惊喜，满是镜子的卫生间形成了一个无限延伸的视觉错觉，大胆又前卫，让顾客在使用过程中经历一场疑似被窥探的心理防线边缘。

DaHu HotPot is not just a hotpot restaurant, but also an unrestricted and innovative neutral brand. In this project, we chose stainless steel as the primary material for the interior space, breaking away from the conventional black, white, and gray color scheme and emphasizing the brand's signature color. We abandoned the traditional method of relying on product images to stimulate appetite and instead focused on straightforward text to provide customers with the most intuitive experience.

Simultaneously, we incorporated discoverable details into the space, arranging surprises along the customer's movement path. The bathroom, adorned with mirrors, creates an illusion of infinite extension, bold and avant-garde, allowing customers to traverse a psychological threshold that feels like being watched.

和大虎的合作追溯到19年，我们对大虎老火锅直港店和江北店进行了1.0的升级。刚开始，得到了很多好评，也得到了一些差评。所以我们对成都店的设计升级了新版本。

最初调研时，室内16个几乎对称排列的超大结构立柱，设计师很快联想到了曾经看过的AW2018 CHANEL秀场。3D效果的布景把巴黎大皇宫布置成了雾气环绕的秋日森林，四周一排排笔直的树干，无限延伸，创造了一种迷失在森林之中的奇妙体验。以此为灵感，利用空间原始的结构，不锈钢材质为空间的基底，打造一片未来森林。

Our collaboration with DaHu dates back to 2019, when we carried out a 1.0 upgrade for the Zhigang and Jiangbei branches of DaHu HotPot. Initially, we received a lot of positive feedback, but also some criticisms. Therefore, we upgraded the design of the Chengdu branch with a new version.

During the initial research, the interior featured 16 nearly symmetrical and oversized structural columns. This immediately reminded the designers of the AW2018 CHANEL runway show they had seen before. The 3D backdrop transformed the Grand Palais in Paris into a misty autumn forest, with rows of straight tree trunks extending indefinitely, creating a wonderful experience of getting lost in the forest. Taking this as inspiration, we utilized the original structure of the space and stainless steel as the foundation to create a futuristic forest.

Without altering the original architectural structure, the bright and concise front signboard lightbox contrasts sharply with the dim corridor created by the recessed structure.

大虎现有的甜品已发展成熟，将甜品区设置在入口处成为开放式零售区，弥补了原本展示性弱的缺陷，从外部看为店铺的展示面增加了更多的层次感和探索欲。同时满足顾客消费偏好，还为品牌产品线发展提供新尝试。

DaHu's existing desserts have matured, and by placing the dessert area at the entrance as an open retail space, it compensates for the original lack of display. This addition not only enhances the sense of hierarchy and exploration for the storefront from the outside, but also satisfies customers' consumption preferences and provides a new attempt for the brand's product line development.

根据品牌受众以 2 - 4 人小团体为主的特点，以中小桌为主，大桌布局在大厅靠里位置，打造相对独立用餐环境，还有两个独立包厢满足特殊场景需求。

Based on the characteristics of the brand's target audience, which is mainly small groups of 2-4 people, the restaurant is mainly designed with small and medium-sized tables, while large tables are placed at the inner side of the hall to create a relatively independent dining environment. There are also two independent private rooms to meet special needs.

材质选择也别具一格。不锈钢是主基调，柱体保留建筑结构原本的肌理，增加粗旷质感，中和冰冷距离感。动态软膜灯箱提供柔和补光，丰富颜色层次。桌椅材质将不锈钢椅子换成皮革座椅，提升顾客用餐体验。

The material selection is also unique. Stainless steel is the main theme, while the columns retain the original texture of the building structure, adding a rough texture to offset the cold distance. The dynamic soft film light box provides soft supplementary lighting and rich color layers. The tables and chairs are replaced with leather seats, enhancing the dining experience for customers.

原始室内空间通透，利用现场物理条件营造景深感，在立柱之间增加了软膜灯箱，让空间的边界更加的整体，对led灯珠编程，设计出动态光影流动的效果，模拟森林中变换的迷雾，让空间有了呼吸感。

The original indoor space was transparent, utilizing the physical conditions of the site to create a sense of depth. Soft film lightboxes were added between the columns, making the spatial boundaries more cohesive. By programming the LED lights, a dynamic light and shadow effect was designed to simulate the changing mist in the forest, giving the space a sense of breathability.

在用餐区域采用两组光源组合，主射灯展示食物，轨道灯和软膜灯箱为人物场景补光，满足用餐需求，也为拍照打卡创造更好条件。

In the dining area, a combination of two sets of lighting sources is used. The main spotlight showcases the food, while the track lights and soft film lightboxes provide supplementary lighting for people and scenes, satisfying the dining needs and creating better conditions for photo-taking and check-in.

卫生间环绕的镜面材质层层反射，画面无限延伸，仿佛进入电影中的五维空间。

The mirrored material surrounding the bathroom reflects layers upon layers, creating an illusion of infinite extension, as if entering a five-dimensional space in a movie.
