vivo X FOLD 3 Launch 2024

Following the successful collaboration with Meanwell for the previous vivo X100 launch event, SBF was once again designated to handle the stage visual effects and live directing for the launch of the new product - vivo X Fold3. The vivo X Fold3 foldable smartphone series launch event took place on the evening of March 26th at the Shanghai World Expo Center. Alongside the vivo X Fold3, there were also the vivo X Fold3 Pro, Pad, and TWS 4.

The main focus of this foldable phone release is on being the industry's lightest and thinnest foldable phone, with exceptional battery life and overall reliability, coupled with strong performance.

继与Meanwell成功合作举办上一代vivo X100发布会后，SBF再次被委任负责全新产品vivo X Fold3发布会的舞台视觉效果及现场导演工作。vivo X Fold3折叠屏手机系列发布会于3月26日晚在上海世博展览馆举行。除vivo X Fold3外，此次发布还包括vivo X Fold3 Pro、Pad及TWS 4。

此次折叠屏手机发布的核心亮点在于其作为行业最轻薄折叠屏手机的定位，同时具备卓越的续航能力、整体可靠性及强劲性能。

From pre-production to the final cut, we spent a total of three months, paying meticulous attention to every detail. To ensure that the concept of "so light yet so strong" could be effectively conveyed in the videos, we embarked on a creative exploration journey. By utilizing 3D modeling, camera movements, compositing, and rendering techniques, we ultimately completed two main videos - the countdown opening video and the product showcase video, along with numerous other smaller clips, totaling 10 videos.

从前期制作到最终剪辑，我们总共花费了三个月的时间，对每一个细节都进行了精益求精的打磨。为了确保“轻盈却坚固”这一概念能在视频中得到有效呈现，我们开启了一段创意探索之旅。通过运用3D建模、摄像机运动、合成及渲染技术，我们最终完成了两支主要视频——倒计时开场视频和产品展示视频，以及多支其他短片，总计10支视频。

Various dynamic environments continuously shift and change, offering an immersive experience that emphasizes the product's smoothness and tranquillity through visual and auditory elements.

各种动态环境不断变换，为用户带来沉浸式的体验，通过视觉和听觉元素突出产品的流畅性和宁静感。

Drawing inspiration from nature's symbols of lightness and resilience, intricate details on both macro and micro levels harmonize, juxtaposing the notions of lightness and strength, reflecting the essence of the product being "powerful yet lightweight." Smooth folding visual effects enhance transitions, reinforcing the product's iconic symbols.

从自然界中轻盈与韧性的象征中汲取灵感，宏观与微观层面的精妙细节相得益彰，将轻盈与力量的理念巧妙对比，彰显产品“强大却轻盈”的本质。流畅的折叠视觉效果提升过渡效果，强化产品的标志性符号。

Utilizing the thinness of silk as a metaphor for the phone's appearance of being large, light, and thin, traversing between the urban landscapes of Shanghai.​​​​​​​

以丝绸的轻薄作为比喻，展现手机大屏、轻盈、超薄的外观设计，穿梭于上海的都市景观之中。

During the production of the videos, SBF faced significant challenges. From seamless scene transitions to ensuring realism on a stage spanning 68 meters, coupled with numerous compositing scenes, every obstacle was overcome through perseverance and teamwork. Additionally, we had the support of a multinational team spanning Beijing, Malaysia, and Germany (StyleFrame Studio). Despite language barriers and time zone differences, we overcame everything and successfully completed this task together.

在视频制作过程中，SBF 面临了诸多挑战。从无缝的场景过渡到确保在长达 68 米的舞台上呈现真实感，再加上众多合成场景，每一个障碍都通过坚持不懈和团队合作得以克服。此外，我们还得到了一个跨国团队的支持，该团队成员分布在北京、马来西亚和德国（StyleFrame Studio）。尽管存在语言障碍和时区差异，我们克服了一切困难，并成功完成了这项任务。

 Last but not least, we are grateful to our client - vivo and Meanwell for their trust in us. Time and time again, they have given us the opportunity to execute each of their grand launch events.
