实用UED英文术语（更新中）

想去外企的时候，会遇到一个很尴尬的事情。不会专业英语。

试图补英语时，发现会些日常英语，就遇到另一个问题，专业词汇并不在平常遇到的英文单词里。

这个时候我开始思考，UX英语，在哪里看呢？

不管我怎么看词汇书，即使是BEC商务英文词汇书，可能5页单词，能找到一个UX设计师工作时会用到的。

正当我绝望的时候，灵机一动，中译英没有，那我直接去看英文的ux视频，然后再英译中，不就行了么。

于是有了这一篇。供中文专业术语要翻译成英文时参考。

本文英文单词参考视频：“Google设计课 — — UX设计基础入门”。按自己平常工作时常用到+课程中出现的顺序，写到哪是哪。另，单词有些时候是多意的，本文只截取跟ux工作相关常用的意思。有补充更改的部分欢迎评论区留言，扩充我们的常用UX英文词汇库。

· * user experience 用户体验

User experience is about improving usability or making something easier to use. It means that the design structure and purpose of the product are clear to everyone.

· visual 视觉，visual design 视觉设计

· collaboration 合作，协作

· * pain point 痛点

Pain points are any UX issues that frustrate the user and block the user from getting what they need.

· frustrate 使沮丧

· motivation 动力，动机

· objective 目标，目的（goal也是比较简单的这个意思）

· wireframe 线框图 A wireframe is an outline or a sketch of a product or a screen.

· outline 轮廓；概要

· sketch 素描；草图

· prototype 原型

· progression 连续

· architecture 结构

· * design specification 设计规范

· benchmark 基准

· asset 资产（比如将切图资产交给开发）

· * prioritize 分优先级，动词。priority 优先，名词。

That's why you as a UX designer, need to keep the end users as your main ppriority.

· end users 最终用户

· substitute 替代物

· make tweaks 进行调整

· empathize 动词，理解，共鸣（对用户有同理心）

· * inclusive design 包容性设计 "Solve for one, extend to many."

· * universal design 通用型设计 "One size fits all."

· * accessibility 无障碍设计（包容性设计的一种）Design products, devices, services, or environments for people with disabilities is c· alled accessibility.

· equality 平等

· equity 公平

· digital literacy 数码读写能力（比如无法读写文字，叫缺少literacy，但是无法读懂或写出数码屏幕上的内容，就叫缺少digital literacy）

· platform 平台

· * multiple platforms 多平台

A plat form is the medium that users experience your product on, such as desktop, mobile, web, mobile apps,tablets, wearables, TVs, smart displays and more.

· * user research 用户研究，就是我们常常说的“用研”。

· make sense 有道理，有意义，言之有理

In UX design,personas are fictional users whose goals and characteristics represent the needs of a larger group of users.

· occupation 职业

· frustration 挫败 The issues or pain points that they encounter of try to avoid.

· constraint 限制; 约束

· * user story 故事板

User story = Hero + Goal + Conflict

As a type of story(Who), I want to action(What), so that benefit(Why).

· user journey 用户旅程

· * user journey map 用户旅程地图

Step 1 : Add each action in the journey. (Until the user reaches their goal.)

Step 2 : Add descriptions for each action. (What tasks does the user have to do?)

Step 3 : Add how the user feels at each point. (Guesstimates are Okay!)

Step 4 : Add opportunities for improvement. (This is where new ideas may come from!)
