集装箱冻干咖啡Container freeze-dried coffee

这是02 DESIGN为上海集装箱冻干咖啡做的全案设计，包括了产品设计到品牌策划。也很感谢这次的合作。

冻干咖啡较传统速溶咖啡，口感更好、更便携、更具设计感、也更贴合年轻的消费方式。为什么会选择冻干咖啡？速溶咖啡口感不佳，而线下咖啡店价格不亲民，配送服务繁琐。

冻干咖啡用低温冷萃的技术打开了「精品咖啡」的市场，产品冲泡门槛和制作难度都大幅度降低了，冷热水都可以溶，也没有器具的要求。同时对于饮用.冲泡场景也有了扩充，在办公室里、户外都可以冲。根据不同的冻干咖啡粉，消费者还可以自己diy冰美式，拿铁，奶咖等等。困倦的早晨，疲惫的午后，都可以冲泡上一杯。这次我们用更个性和年轻的设计来为能量充值。

Compared with traditional instant coffee, freeze-dried coffee has a better taste, is more portable, has a more design sense, and is more suitable for young consumption patterns. Why choose freeze-dried coffee? The taste of instant coffee is not good, and the price of offline coffee shops is not close to the people, and the delivery service is cumbersome.

Freeze-dried coffee uses low-temperature cold brewing technology to open up the "specialty coffee" market. The threshold for product brewing and the difficulty of production are greatly reduced. Both cold and hot water can be dissolved, and there is no requirement for utensils. At the same time, the drinking and brewing scene has also been expanded, which can be brewed in the office and outdoors. According to different freeze-dried coffee powder, consumers can also diy ice American, latte, milk coffee and so on. You can make a cup in a sleepy morning or a tired afternoon. This time we use a more individual and youthful design to recharge energy.
