轻食的「轻」字，总会让人浮想联翩，因为它击中了当代年轻人的软肋。女性都希望自己轻盈好身材，男性也希望自己清爽不油腻。在轻食当中，人们摈弃了浓重的烟火气，忘记了做饭做菜的繁琐，生活变得更加轻松和随意。

The word "light" of light food always makes people think about it, because it hits the soft spot of contemporary young people. Women want to be light and have a good figure. Men also want to be fresh and not greasy. In light food, people abandon the heavy smoke, forget the tedious cooking, life becomes more relaxed and casual.
