The fruit for this wine was harvested from a premium vineyard

on the Barossa Valley floor. Produced using centuries old wine

making techniques, this wine is a fruit driven, full bodied shiraz

with complimentary oak characteristics.

This shiraz has a rich, complex and amazingly seamless palate. It has great fruit weight provided by abundant ripe plum, cherry and dark chocolate flavours. The flavoursome oak profile is well integrated with fine smooth tannins giving a luscious velvety mouthfeel. This wine is drinking well now but will also reward some ageing.
