愚人节来源于西方国家，在这一天，人们会绞尽脑汁整蛊身边的人，整蛊的把戏也是千奇百怪，一些外媒甚至会在报纸新闻上刊登一些“爆炸性”新闻来戏谑大众，总之在这一天，只要在开玩笑之后对被整的人大喊一声“愚人节快乐！”大家就都会相视一笑，然后拔出四十米大刀。
