创作说明：
图形整体像一块怀表，寓意时间，
而图形内部，设计上，使用图形复合的形式，
以月亮环抱太阳，将日月交叠在一起，
寓意转动时光的巨轮，
积淀岁月的成就，
契合本次提案时光的概念。
