栖禾 HERBEN，取栖于自然，禾食本味之意。 我们跳出地域标签的束缚，以草本香料为纽带，探寻风味背后自然松弛的力量。在匆忙喧嚣的都市之中，打造一处可以暂时安放情绪的用餐空间。坚持甄选原生食材，尊重香料本真香气，用克制的烹饪手法释放食物深层风味。不止于一餐美食，更希望借由味觉，传递慢而自在的生活态度，让每一位来客，在烟火里寻得片刻宁静，于风味之间回归内心平和。
