设计说明
Design Statement
本方案为通商控股集团企业展厅建设项目，兼顾品牌形象、国资改革、产业资本宣讲、商务接待与内部文化传播多重功能。以 “策展即路演” 为核心，打破静态展陈，打造具备交流属性的战略叙事空间。 参观动线围绕 “文化护航资本、资本赋能产业、产业塑造城市、城市定义未来” 层层递进，引导访客理解企业价值、资本逻辑、产业布局与城市发展的关联。平面规划快速浏览、深度交互、专题研究多条观展路线，适配商务洽谈、政府调研、对外合作、内部学习等各类场景。
空间视觉以白墙、黑色信息界面为主，融入红色党建脉络、蓝色数字媒体与城市影像；运用各类数字化展项，梳理呈现国资企业复杂内容。展区布局：序厅塑造集团形象；一展区立足党建与企业文化筑牢价值根基；二展区展示数智经济与资本平台实力；三展区依托产业地图呈现赋能城市发展实践；四展区展望未来产业与城市愿景。
本方案重在呈现一套融合战略、产业、资本、城市叙事的可落地展厅策展体系，而非单纯空间效果图。内容基于标书整理，仅为概念方案预览，非建成实景。
This project involves building the corporate exhibition hall of Tongshang Holding Group. Designed for corporate image display, SOE reform storytelling, industrial capital introduction, guest reception and internal cultural communication, the plan takes "curating as roadshow" as its core idea, turning static exhibits into an interactive strategic narrative space.
Rather than simply presenting corporate history and achievements, the design creates a continuous tour path revolving around
“Culture guides capital, capital empowers industry, industry shapes the city, and the city defines the future”
. Visitors can follow the storyline from corporate values to capital logic, and gain insight into industrial layout and urban development. Multiple touring modes — quick overview, in-depth interaction and thematic research — cater to business visits, government inspections, cooperation talks and internal learning.
The visual palette consists of white display walls, black information panels, red Party-themed elements, blue digital media and urban imagery. Large screens, sliding screens, layered projections and digital platforms clarify complicated SOE information with clear spatial hierarchy. The entrance hall builds brand recognition. Zone 1 establishes value underpinnings via Party building and corporate culture. Zone 2 showcases strengths in digital economy and capital platforms. Zone 3 visualizes the Group’s role in urban growth through industrial maps. Zone 4 wraps up with prospects for future industries and cities.
For release on ZCOOL, this case highlights a feasible exhibition framework integrating strategy, industry, capital and urban narratives, rather than isolated visual renderings. Compiled from bidding documents, this preview shows only a conceptual proposal, not a completed project.

该区域设于展厅电梯入口墙面，设计以 “突破阈象的极限” 为核心，运用无衬线字体，直观传递集团突破固有框架、跨越行业边界的战略思想。简洁大气的视觉效果，彰显集团在全球化资本运营中的引领地位与前瞻视野。
This area occupies the wall beside the elevator entrance of the exhibition hall. Centered on the theme "Breaking the Limits of Threshold Imagery", the design adopts sans-serif typefaces to clearly convey the Group’s strategic vision of breaking traditional frameworks and crossing industrial boundaries. The concise and imposing visual language demonstrates the Group’s leading position and forward-looking insights in global capital operations.

Preface Hall
序厅由几何形体构筑，以玻璃为基底，叠层造型彰显通商控股的国企格局。横向展开的中心大屏兼顾功能与艺术；两侧定制绿植景观与现代空间有机相融。顶面双层设计充分释放层高，塑造开阔大气的空间感受。
The entrance hall is constructed with geometric forms based on glass materials. Its layered structure embodies the stature of Tongshang Holding Group as a state-owned enterprise. The horizontally arranged central screen balances practicality and artistry, while custom green landscapes on both sides integrate harmoniously with the modern space. The double-layer ceiling maximizes vertical height to create a spacious atmosphere.

First Exhibition Area · Cultural Escort Capital
文化护航资本（今日通商部分）。企业基本信息：发展沿革、组织架构、投资关系、重要荣誉呈阶梯状依次排布开。企业介绍一侧充分考虑了现场风管的低层高影响，将此区域作为独立的区块考虑。
Cultural escort capital (today's trade section). Basic information of the enterprise: development history, organizational structure, investment relationships, and important honors are arranged in a hierarchical manner. The company has fully considered the impact of the low ceiling height of the on-site air ducts and treated this area as an independent block.
第二展区·资本赋能产业
Second Exhibition Area: Capital Empowered Industries
本展区依托立柱交互屏呈现战略投资布局，凸显 “产业引领、资本赋能” 核心目标。屏幕以动态图表、项目进度、区域分布图，展示集团在化工建材、装备制造、贸易服务、投资金融多领域布局；集团通过控股、参股 20 余家企业，助力宁波先进制造业发展，夯实产业根基。
This exhibition area displays the strategic investment layout via vertical interactive columns, highlighting the core goal of "Industry-led Development Empowered by Capital". With dynamic charts, project updates and regional layout diagrams, the screens showcase the Group’s extensive presence in chemical building materials, equipment manufacturing, trade services, investment and finance. By holding controlling or minority stakes in more than 20 enterprises, the Group boosts the development of advanced manufacturing in Ningbo and consolidates a solid industrial foundation.

The Third Exhibition Area: Industry Shapes the City
装置运用交互式机械臂演绎 “产业塑造城市” 主题。背景呈现宁波城市蓝图，流动光影配合机械动态突破视觉边界，为静态城市地图赋予活力，生动展现产业驱动城市发展的历程，直观诠释产业与城市共生关系，探讨空间、科技与社会的内在联结。
The installation adopts an interactive robotic arm to interpret the theme "Industry Shapes the City". Against the backdrop of Ningbo’s urban blueprint, flowing light and dynamic mechanical movements break visual constraints and vitalize the static city map, vividly demonstrating how industries fuel urban development. It intuitively illustrates the symbiosis between industry and city, and explores the intrinsic relationship among space, technology and society.

The Fourth Exhibition Zone: Urban Definition of the Future
展区与第三展区自然衔接，围绕 “城市定义未来” 展开。整片生态植物墙传递集团低碳环保、可持续发展理念。展区强化互动体验，携手通商集团共同畅想多元未来图景。
Naturally connected to Zone 3, this section centers on "The City Defines the Future". A full ecological plant wall conveys the Group’s commitment to low-carbon, eco-friendly and sustainable development. Featuring enhanced interactive experience, the area invites visitors to envision diverse future prospects together with Tongshang Holding Group.
