南方小城老巷里，阿嬷砂锅慢炖的柠檬鸭香——酸笋、辣椒与鸭肉交融的鲜爽，是阿明童年最暖的味觉记忆。 长大后阿明走南闯北，尝遍各地鸭肉料理，却始终惦念这口酸鲜解腻的味道。他发现传统鸭肉馆重油重卤缺清爽，新潮茶饮店少正餐烟火气，便萌生将家常柠檬鸭与年轻人喜爱的茶饮轻食结合的想法，LemonDuck 应运而生。 阿明坚守阿嬷秘方还原经典广西风味，创新出可涮菜的慢炖鸭煲、淋鲜榨柠檬汁的脆皮鸭等，搭配家常菜适配聚餐；更将“柠檬”灵魂延伸至茶饮与轻食，鸭屎香柠檬茶、低脂轻食盒等覆盖正餐、下午茶全场景。 无花哨噱头，唯有扎实风味。LemonDuck既是街巷里的家常味，也是年轻人的新潮食堂，更是每个想吃 “舒服的” 时刻都能找到的 —— 柠檬与鸭的风味奇遇。

The sour, fresh aroma of lemon duck simmering in grandma’s clay pot was the warmest taste memory of A Ming’s childhood. When he grew up, he noticed that traditional duck restaurants were greasy and heavy, while trendy tea shops lacked the homely vibe of proper meals—so he founded Lemon Duck. He stuck to grandma’s secret recipe to recreate classic Guangxi lemon duck, and also innovated dishes like crispy duck and duck offal pot, pairing them with home-style dishes ideal for gatherings. With lemon as its core, the brand further developed offerings such as Ya Shi Xiang lemon tea and low-fat light meal boxes, covering all scenarios from formal dinners and afternoon tea to solo meals. At Lemon Duck, the fusion of lemon and duck brings together homely warmth and trendy vitality.
