"XIGAUN MIANDAO" is deeply rooted in the century-old culinary heritage of Xiguan in Guangzhou. It is built upon the ancient bamboo flour rising technique as its foundation, while integrating modern dining concepts. It adheres to the manual kneading of silver-thread noodles and the slow simmering of the earthy fish broth base, infusing innovative flavors and aesthetic designs to create a new-style noodle restaurant that combines the charm of Lingnan culture with contemporary style. It enables the traditional Xiguan flavor to rejuvenate in the course of time, providing modern noodle experiences that carry cultural memories for urban diners。
