Hitrolink VB600 Ultra High Definition Audio and Video All-in-one Video Conferencing Terminal launched in 2024 can accurately capture images and sounds in meetings, and with the addition of audio and video multimodal algorithms, the product forms a complete video conferencing solution with large screens of different sizes. Preliminary conceptual design 

The product development team defined the use scenario of VB600 as mainly medium and large conference rooms. We initially defined conference rooms with an area of ​​30-60 square meters as medium and large conference rooms;

产品研发团队定义了VB600的使用场景主要为中大型会议室。我们初步定义面积30-60平方米的会议室为中大型会议室；

We started the design with this optical solution and usage scenario definition. 

 During the design, we considered the constraints of each key component, and the solution needed to have certain market differentiation and recognition. We explored the possibility of multiple position arrangements of the lens system.

我们以此光学方案及使用场景定义开始设计。

设计中我们考虑各个关键器件的限制条件，并且方案需要具有一定的市场差异性与识别性，我们探索了镜头系统部分多种位置排布的可能性。

In addition to the design of the front face of the product, we also discussed with engineers the rationalization of the layout of internal lenses, PCB frames, speakers, etc. 

In the process, 3D printing was used to verify the product volume, installation method, and rationality of the output lines.

除产品前脸部分的设计，我们还与工程师共同探讨内部镜头、PCB板框、扬声器等排布方式的合理化；

过程中通过3D打印进行产品体量、安装方式合、出线合理性等验证。

 After the ID concept plan was selected, the hardware and structural teams conducted a detailed evaluation and design of the concept design. The close cooperation of various engineering teams at this stage ensured that the product size and space met the definition and expectations of the product team as much as possible. 

In order to allow the gimbal to rotate at a large angle and meet the integrity of the product appearance during rotation, we used a liquid silicone one-piece molding process, and the thinnest thickness of the silicone is only 0.3mm.

为了使云台可以大角度转动，并满足转动时产品外观整体性，我们使用了液态硅胶一体成型工艺，硅胶最薄处厚度仅为0.3mm。

In the CMF design of the product, we used cold gray as the main color of the product, and the surface has a warm and mellow rubber paint. 

 The 8 array microphones, high-fidelity speakers, heat dissipation holes and indicator lights are hidden under the fabric on the front of the product. The hardening process of the fabric makes the sound transmittance higher, not easy to deform, and also has certain waterproof and stain resistance.

在产品的CMF设计上我们使用了冷灰为产品的主色调，表面带有温润手感的仿橡胶漆面。

产品前部织物下隐藏着的8颗阵列麦克风、高保真扬声器、散热孔和指示灯，织物的硬化处理工艺使声音透过率更高，不易变形，也具有一定的防水、耐渍性。

We have designed three types of brackets based on usage scenarios: wall-mounted, TV-mounted and desktop-mounted, which are compatible with most conference tablet sizes on the market from 45 to 80 inches.

我们根据使用场景设计了壁装、电视装和桌面装三种支架，兼容45-80寸市面上大多数的会议平板尺寸。

It is worth mentioning that without increasing the visual thickness of the product, we protrude part of the area below the product to provide space for the gimbal motor and gears, and the two sides of this area serve as mounting holes for the fixed bracket;
