DISC 是一种行为风格分析工具，源自美国心理学家威廉・莫尔顿・马斯顿博士 1928 年出版的《常人的情绪》。它将人类行为模式分为四个核心维度，帮助人们理解自己和他人的行为偏好，广泛应用于职场沟通、团队管理、销售谈判等领域。

整套作品故事是同一个人演绎出DISC的四个不同人格，我想说的是，人是复杂的，在不同情况、不同环境下会有不同的抉择，一个人可能会易怒，但是也会有温柔的一面，一个人可能会粗心，但是也会有谨慎的时候，看待一个人，就不要用简单的人格标签来定义他

It categorizes human behavioral patterns into four core dimensions to help people understand their own and others’ behavioral tendencies, and is widely applied in workplace communication, team management, sales negotiation and other fields.

All works feature the same individual portraying the four distinct personality archetypes of DISC. Through this creation, I intend to convey that human beings are complex. People make different choices under varying circumstances and environments. A person who may be irritable can also possess a gentle side; someone who is usually careless may act cautiously at times. Therefore, we should never define anyone merely through simplistic personality labels.
