云南山野中，树上长着形似小金蛋的红色果实，它就是树番茄。其皮暗红，瓤藏金，个儿不大，酸甜却浓得化不开。晨露未干时摘下，午间便化成一碗红亮汤底。这碗面，是红脸膛把整座农场端到你面前。

自家地里熟透的番茄，慢熬成浓汤；鸡蛋揉进面里，越泡越弹；门口风干十二小时的战斧鸡腿，烤到皮脆肉嫩，咬下去咔嚓一声。番茄、面条、脆皮鸡——各自花足了光阴，最后攒成这一碗，红亮亮、热腾腾，满是日头和风的味道。

In the wild mountains of Yunnan, trees bear red fruits resembling small golden eggs—these are tree tomatoes. Their dark red skin hides golden flesh, and though small, their sweet-tart flavor is so intense it defies dilution. Picked before the morning dew dries, they can be transformed into a bowl of vibrant red broth by noon. This bowl of noodles is a red-faced farm that delivers the entire harvest right to your table.

Ripe tomatoes from our own fields are simmered into a rich soup; eggs are kneaded into the dough, becoming more elastic with each soak; the warhammer chicken legs, air-dried for twelve hours at the door, are roasted to crispy skin and tender meat, giving a satisfying crunch with each bite.

Tomatoes, noodles, crispy chicken—each spent its time, finally gathered into this bowl, bright red, steaming hot, brimming with the taste of sunlight and wind.
