本次品牌构建我们以道家的哲学文化为切入点，通过朴、空、归一、质简，寻求内心最深处的自己，我们理解的无，不是空白，而是一种回到本真的状态，朴一点，静一点，简一点，真一点，人也好，生活也好，都应该慢慢回到自己的节奏里。

 

正如我们取名山上有堂，灵感源自《中隐》的处世智慧，我们深知，山林之寂难耐，市井之喧易躁，人生难得是两全，唯有持守中隐之心，方能体会人生的安稳与从容。

 

《道德经》第40章写到，天下万物生于有，有生于无，无是宇宙的起点，生是万物的运转过程，自然是宇宙的根本法则，一切源于无，依自然法则而生，最终回归自然的本真状态，人也本该如此。

 

于是我们构建了一个精神栖所，愿你在此寻得一方心灵的草堂，放下尘扰，卸下我执，体会无心最自由的安然。

SLOW MOUNTAIN is tucked away in the lively heart of Xi’an’s Muslim Quarter — calm within the bustle, hidden in plain sight.

For this brand, we began with Daoist philosophy and its ideas of simplicity, emptiness, unity, and purity. We looked inward for the deepest, truest version of the self. To us, “nothingness” is not a blank void, but a return to an authentic state. A little simpler. A little quieter. A little more honest. For people, for life, and for the world around us, the path forward is often a slow return to our own rhythm.

The name Shangshang You Tang comes from the wisdom of “middle hiding” in Chinese philosophy: the balance between retreat and engagement, between stillness and everyday life. We know that total seclusion can be hard to bear, and the noise of the city can easily unsettle the mind. Life rarely gives us both in full. Only by keeping a heart of quiet balance can we experience true steadiness and ease.

As Chapter 40 of the

says, “All things under heaven are born from being; being is born from non-being.” For us, non-being is the beginning of the universe; being is the process through which all things move and grow. Nature is the fundamental law of the universe. Everything begins in emptiness, takes form through nature’s order, and eventually returns to its original, unspoiled state. People, too, should be the same.

So we created a spiritual sanctuary — a place where you can find a small inner refuge, set down the noise, release your attachments, and experience the freedom of a mind at peace.

We have distilled this philosophy into 30 Na Yin bracelets. Drawing from the roots of the I Ching, and the energy of the heavenly stems and earthly branches, these pieces reflect ancient Chinese insights into natural rhythm and the balance of the five elements. In the space between yin and yang, all things are formed and sustained. May this small object on your wrist help you stay balanced, and give you a sense of ease between noise and stillness.
