Breeze 澜是一家诞生在海岛，主打千层蛋糕和气泡水的甜品品牌。

“Breeze”，是微风，是在那个午后，点了一份千层蛋糕，叉子轻轻切下去——二十多层饼皮与奶油温柔地分离，像海浪一层叠着一层，又像风吹过海面时，漾开的微澜。

“澜”，是波澜，是千层蛋糕层层漾开的涟漪，也是食物在舌尖激起的那一小朵温柔的水花。

Breeze 澜不追求复杂的装饰，也不依赖过度的甜度。

她们相信，好的甜品像一阵恰到好处的风——你不一定看见它，但身体会记住那种舒服。

一口千层，一口气泡水。

风起于唇齿，澜止于心头。

Breeze 澜is a dessert brand born on an island, specializing in Mille Crepe cakes and sparkling water.

"Breeze" — a gentle wind. It takes you back to that afternoon when you ordered a slice of Mille Crepe. Your fork gently cuts through — over twenty layers of crêpes and cream softly separate, like waves folding upon waves, like ripples spreading across the sea when a breeze passes by.

“澜” — ripples, small waves. It speaks to the Mille Crepe's layers unfolding like ripples on water, and the delicate little splash of flavor that dances on the tip of your tongue.

Breeze 澜 does not chase complex decorations, nor does it rely on excessive sweetness.

They believe that good dessert is like a perfect breeze — you may not see it, but your body will remember how good it felt.

One slice of Mille Crepe. One glass of sparkling water.

The wind begins between your lips. The ripples end in your heart.
