本款MEBO防晒产品由宏洛图品牌设计公司全案原创设计,全程贯穿“策略引领、创意落地、品质闭环”的服务理念。MEBO为美籍华人创立品牌,承载着创始人对祖国深深的眷恋与家国情怀,这一核心情感成为宏洛图全流程服务的出发点与落脚点。
宏洛图设计团队先通过精准策略规划,深度挖掘品牌核心诉求与目标受众需求,再紧扣品牌情感内核,甄选
大熊猫、小熊猫、竹子
三大经典中国文化符号作为核心设计元素,将东方自然意境、国宝萌趣形象与防晒美妆产品属性深度融合。

1. 双国宝IP组合原创设计
融合大熊猫+小熊猫双形象,搭配竹子场景化构图,区别于单一熊猫元素设计,视觉层次更丰富、记忆点更强,国风辨识度拉满,从创意源头为产品打造差异化优势,契合前期策略规划中的市场定位需求。
2. 多版表情迭代甄选定稿

高品质ABS原生料+柔和哑光表层材质

制作工艺
1. 一体注塑成型工艺:瓶身与公仔瓶盖采用高精度注塑一体成型,线条流畅无毛刺,轮廓规整,细节还原度高,在开模与生产阶段严格把控工艺标准,确保批量生产的一致性。
2. 环保UV哑光喷涂工艺:表层采用进口环保UV喷涂,色泽均匀高级,防刮耐磨、不易掉色,质感轻奢高级,通过工艺打样反复调试色泽,确保符合设计预期。
3. 精密螺纹密封工艺:瓶盖与瓶身精准螺纹匹配,开合顺滑紧致,密封防漏,有效防止防晒膏体氧化变质,在研发与开模阶段优化螺纹设计,经过多次测试确保密封性能。

strategy planning, creative design, product R&D, 3D prototyping, mold making, process prototyping

. We strictly control quality and efficiency throughout the process, integrating brand emotion with product value to create sunscreen products with both Chinese-style aesthetics and market competitiveness.
Design Concept
This MEBO sunscreen product is originally designed by Hongluotu Brand Design Company, with the service concept of "strategy-led, creative implementation and quality closed-loop" throughout. Founded by a Chinese-American, MEBO carries the founder’s deep nostalgia for China, which is the starting point and foothold of Hongluotu’s whole-process services.
Hongluotu’s design team first conducts precise strategy planning to deeply explore the core demands of the brand and the needs of target audiences, then takes
giant panda, red panda and bamboo
as core Chinese cultural elements, integrating oriental natural artistic conception, national treasure IP with sunscreen product positioning.
In the stage of creative design and R&D, the team conducted multiple rounds of program discussions and repeated iterations of panda facial expressions, repeatedly refining the proportion, expression and overall visual tone; later, 3D prototyping was used to intuitively present the design effect, details were optimized through process prototyping, and mold making was advanced simultaneously. Finally, the current cute and elegant design was finalized. Combining national sentiment, natural aesthetics and youthful trendiness, the design breaks the homogenization of traditional sunscreen packaging, making the product both a daily skincare essential and an emotional carrier of Chinese cultural feelings. It realizes seamless connection from strategy conception to creative implementation, from prototyping and mold making to production delivery.
Innovation Highlights
1. Original dual IP design of giant panda & red panda with bamboo element, with rich visual layering, strong memory point and high Chinese-style recognition, creating differentiated advantages for the product from the source of creativity, which is in line with the market positioning in the early strategy planning.
2. Multiple expression versions drafted and strictly selected. In the stage of creative design and R&D, the design team created multiple versions of panda facial expressions for the cap, compared and selected from multiple dimensions such as expression, cuteness and brand adaptation, and repeatedly optimized combined with 3D prototyping effect, finally fixing the exclusive healing and soft expression, which is vivid and durable, with great market differentiation, laying a high-quality foundation for subsequent production delivery.
3. Youthful and light luxury interpretation of Chinese style. Without piling up retro Chinese symbols, it adopts a round and simple cute shape + natural bamboo color, combining traditional Chinese style with modern beauty makeup aesthetics, balancing high-value display sense and daily use atmosphere, adapting to the aesthetic of all age groups, accurately implementing the audience positioning in the strategy stage, and polishing the texture through process prototyping to make the design more implementable.
4. Integrated innovation of modeling and function. The 3D doll shape of the cap has both decorative and playable properties, and the bottle body fits the texture lines of bamboo, taking into account the ergonomics of holding and the practical function of sealing, integrating beauty, experience and practicality; in the R&D and mold making stage, the structural design is optimized simultaneously to ensure that the product after production and delivery not only meets the original design intention, but also meets the daily use needs.
5. Innovation of whole-process closed-loop service. Hongluotu breaks the single design service mode, integrates seven core links: strategy planning, creative design, product R&D, 3D prototyping, mold making, process prototyping and production delivery, with special personnel docking throughout the process. From brand demand interpretation, design scheme implementation to prototyping, mold making and mass production, each step strictly controls quality and efficiency, realizing a high fit between design scheme and production landing, avoiding disconnection between design and production, ensuring stable product quality and efficient delivery, and providing brands with a worry-free and efficient total solution.
Material & Craftsmanship
- Material: Food-grade eco-friendly PP for bottle body; high-quality ABS raw material + soft matte surface material for panda cap, safe, non-toxic, lightweight, drop-resistant, durable, with strong chemical stability, suitable for sunscreen formula storage, green and recyclable, in line with the natural bamboo theme. The material was selected multiple times during the R&D stage to ensure it meets production standards and brand tone.
- Craftsmanship: Integrated injection molding, environmental UV matte spraying, precise thread sealing technology and layered fine coloring. The high-precision integrated injection molding ensures smooth lines and regular contours; the imported environmental UV spraying ensures uniform color and scratch resistance; the precise thread design ensures good sealing performance; the layered fine coloring ensures clear edges and strong three-dimensional sense.
