Shots O’Clock is a cross-platform XR experience that turns cocktail making into a character-driven competitive shooter. Set in a futuristic bar, players interact with floating ingredients and quirky monster bartenders in mixed reality (MR), using physical space and movement to “shoot” their drinks into reality. The experience begins in virtual reality (VR), introducing the game world and narrative, then transitions to MR, where the real environment is augmented with interactive overlays. Designed for public entertainment venues such as bars or arcades, the game explores the design challenges of enabling physical interactions in MR and building worlds in VR.
