有个朋友在电商平台做泳衣的，问我能不能把棚拍的外国人泳衣模特换成韩国风的女模外拍照片风格，

我挺感兴趣的，做了一次小小的尝试

难点1.图片高清、2.衣服保持不变 3.融合 4、模特特征变化太多

需要避免的问题：1、融合的太假 2、大量的后期 3、姿态改变太多

步骤一、

FLUX的lora训练，目的：1.学习到韩国女模特的特征（根据朋友的需求）、2.学习到韩国模特的风格的一些图片色彩特色

我在网上搜集了某个韩国明星的照片：数据比较小，朋友那边能给到的资源很少，如果能够有高清的照片，效果将会更好

在kohya_SS中训练了lora，在训练前期我考虑了做微调还是训练LORA，微调的特征效果极好，但是无法调整权重，因为缺少女星的版权，所以选择了LORA，这样可以调整权重，以避免版权问题，后期也可以用生成的图片再进行多次LORA迭代，训练出适合公司的电子模特。

在平台中设置各种参数，这个平台的优势在于可以批量生成，并且可以排队增加序列，举个例子，我有10张图片需要更换背景和模特，我可以对每个图片进行以上的步骤，获得初步合成的图片、蒙版、提示词，然后挨个把图片置入这个平台，排队生成，我显卡是4080S，在2048x2048尺寸下，每张图生成约在4分钟，每张图片重绘30张，一张图片所需2个小时，然后我把序列添加上去，10张图片约在20个小时完成初步重绘，这个重绘时间可以安排在晚上，节约时间（天授的牛马@@@@）。
