DME IQ leverages AI capabilities to provide comprehensive lifecycle support for partners in Huawei's data storage industry, facilitating their business success, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction enhancement. Empowered by the AI Super Expert Team, this solution: -During sales phases: Helps partners identify high-potential opportunities and formulate expansion strategies. -In solution design: Enables intelligent data aggregation and delivers customized "one-customer-one-solution" designs . -For maintenance operations: Provides interactive fault diagnosis with reasoning analysis and generates actionable resolution proposals. Simultaneously addressing the opacity of data usage and AI reasoning inaccuracies, we propose the Shadowless AI framework: -Data Footprint: Enables full traceability of data utilization across its entire lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive control over AI's data usage. -End-to-End Chain of Thought Tracking: Makes AI's reasoning transparent by tracing thought processes and reference sources at nanoscale precision. These measures collectively enhance AI transparency.
