「燔集」 源于中国古代祭祀仪式中的“燔燎”,象征以火炙肉、敬献天地之意。品牌以现代视角重塑传统,严选全球顶级和牛与珍稀部位肉品,结合日本“侘寂”美学与匠人精神,打造集仪式感、社交性与味觉艺术于一体的日式烧肉殿堂。主理团队拥有十年米其林日料经验,以“肉即艺术”为核心理念,从熟成技术到炭火把控均追求极致。

Fanjí originates from the ancient Chinese sacrificial ritual of ‘Fánliǎo,’ symbolizing the offering of meat to heaven and earth through fire. The brand reinterprets tradition from a modern perspective, carefully selecting top-quality Wagyu and rare cuts from around the world, and combines Japanese 'wabi-sabi' aesthetics with artisan craftsmanship to create a Japanese yakiniku sanctuary that integrates a sense of ceremony, social interaction, and culinary artistry. The founding team has ten years of Michelin Japanese cuisine experience, and with the core concept of 'meat as art,' they pursue perfection in every aspect, from aging techniques to charcoal grilling control.
