CLO-CLO
认真地思考了现代服饰和穿着者的关系,并认为服饰的价值分为两层:功能价值与精神价值。在功能价值层面,衣服用于遮盖、保护、美化人们的身体和个人形象。在精神价值层面,衣服能够承载人们的价值观和美学理解,成为穿着者自我表达的载体。

看来,服饰的价值将由功能性向精神性进化,蜕变为个人表达自我的媒介。为此,
CLO-CLO
的服装采用了无性别剪裁,破除固定的性别审美映像,还原服饰的自由形态。服装的设计吸收了多样的风格和元素,从而能够承载多样化的自我表达。
CLO-CLO has thought deeply about the relationship between modern clothing and its wearers, concluding that the value of apparel lies in two dimensions: functional value and spiritual value. At the functional level, clothing serves to cover, protect, and beautify the human body and personal image. At the spiritual level, clothing can embody people's values and aesthetic understanding, becoming a way for self-expression.
Historically, clothing has primarily served functional purposes. However, CLO-CLO believes apparel will evolve from functional value toward spiritual value, transforming into a medium for personal expression. To this end, CLO-CLO's apparel employs gender-neutral tailoring, breaking free from fixed gendered aesthetics to restore clothing's free form. Simultaneously, the designs incorporate diverse styles and elements, enabling them to carry multifaceted self-expression.
品牌名CLO-CLO源自单词“clothing”,名字中间的连字符号象征着服饰的功能和精神价值的联结,也象征着功能价值到精神价值的跨越。在标识的设计中,CLO寓意了服饰的两种价值。同时,CLO组成了一张人脸,代表自我和个性,也反映了CLO-CLO对穿着者自我表达的关注。
The brand name CLO-CLO originates from the word “clothing”. The hyphen between the name symbolizes the connection between the functional and spiritual values of clothing, representing the leap from functional to spiritual significance.
In the logo design, CLO embodies these dual values. Simultaneously, CLO forms a face, representing self and individuality, reflecting CLO-CLO's focus on the wearer's self-expression.
