在太二·酸菜鱼的5.0门店探索中,我们结合“非遗川菜的文化底蕴”和“四川眉州皮影的写意意象”,塑造了一个质朴自然、充斥艺术感染力的空间,同时进一步传递了“传承传统的工艺,回归自然的食材”的品牌态度。每家门店,都在表达品牌和非遗领域的手艺人一起去完成每一件作品。
In the exploration of TAI ER SICHUAN CUISINE 5.0 stores, we combined "the cultural heritage of intangible Sichuan cuisine" and "the freehand image of Meizhou shadow play in Sichuan" to create a simple and natural space full of artistic appeal, and further conveyed the brand attitude of "inheriting traditional crafts and returning to natural ingredients". In terms of spatial aesthetics, each store is like collaborating with artisans in the field of intangible cultural heritage to complete their works.
外立面这个是整体门头的感受,巧妙地将重心的大柱子隐藏入外立面,整体视觉有一种旧旧的手作的拙朴美感,屋檐的结构,木作的秩序感,意向化为村舍家舍的日常氛围。
The facade cleverly hides the center of gravity of the large columns, creating an overall visual sense of old handmade simplicity. The structure of the eaves and the sense of order in the wooden work are intentionally transformed into the daily atmosphere of the village houses.
在空间设计的构思中,巧妙融入四川眉州皮影的特色写意手法,将这一传统艺术形式转化为空间的叙事语言。皮影艺术特有的传神动态张力与光影交织的虚实意境,成为空间氛围营造的核心元素,让空间在光影变幻中展现出非遗手作的精湛技艺。
In the conception of spatial design, the characteristic freehand technique of Sichuan Meizhou shadow puppetry is cleverly integrated, transforming this traditional art form into the narrative language of space. The unique dynamic tension and interplay of light and shadow in shadow puppetry art have become the core elements in creating a spatial atmosphere, allowing the space to showcase the exquisite craftsmanship of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts in the changing light and shadow.
皮影戏作为承载神话传说与民间故事的非遗载体,被转化为极具趣味性的文化媒介。我们将太二品牌特有的文化符号—— 二老板的人物形象、酸菜老坛子的地域记忆、捕鱼场景的生活意象等太二专属文化,以皮影艺术的造型逻辑进行解构重塑将其应用于空间隔断系统。这种方式不仅保留了皮影戏 "以形写神" 的美学精髓,让品牌IP在传统艺术语境中获得新的叙事维度,更添空间非遗艺术感染力。

We deconstruct and reshape the unique cultural symbols of Taier brand - the image of the Second Boss, the regional memory of pickled Chinese cabbage, the life image of fishing scenes and otherTAI ER SICHUAN CUISINE exclusive cultures with the modeling logic of shadow play art.
入口区域以通透感为基底,通过半包式隔断界定空间领域,形成视觉上的层次过渡。弧线形顶部结构如同一叶展开的风帆,渔岛周围植被葱郁,砂砾小船灯,礁石植物等,勾勒出一个渔家村舍的温情气质,既在细节处呼应渔村的生活场景,又唤起用户温暖的情感共鸣。
The entrance area is based on transparency, and the spatial domain is defined by a semi enclosed partition, forming a visual hierarchical transition. The curved top structure is like a sail spreading out, surrounded by lush vegetation, gravel boats, lights, reef plants, etc., outlining the warm temperament of a fisherman's village house.
进入核心散座区域前,以宽银幕比例的半透屏风装置构筑视觉过渡,演出一场极具电影感的皮影戏,地面枯山水造景单元采用自然主义手法,天然石材的粗粝肌理与屏风的透光细腻形成材质对话,空间核心的定制皮影的灯笼为载体,二老板皮影形象通过光影带来一场关于太二的非物质文化遗产艺术表达。
The narrative construction of the transitional space in the scattered seating area is achieved by using a semi transparent screen device with a wide screen ratio to create a visual transition before entering the core scattered seating area, performing a highly cinematic shadow play. The ground dry landscape unit adopts naturalistic techniques, and the rough texture of natural stone and the delicate transparency of the screen form a material dialogue
通过用户视角,从空间各个视角看造型都有立体突出对比感,造型突出,黑白对比突出,流畅的弧线形式既能使之突出于商场内部门店外立面,也打造村舍家舍的造型概念。
From the user's perspective, the shapes from various angles in the space have a three-dimensional prominent contrast, with prominent shapes and black and white contrasts.
最重要的改变是在中心区域布局上设计了一处自由散座区域,更松弛感的表现了川菜馆子的氛围,也是提升了空间的社交型正餐感,在氛围表现上用一组中心的非遗手工人打造的皮影图案纸灯笼。抬头望去,澄明通透的天光,找到空间光线层次的多种可能性。
The most important change is the design of a free seating area in the central area layout, which more loosely expresses the atmosphere of Sichuan cuisine restaurants and enhances the social dining atmosphere of the space.
门头左侧的明档空间设计中,以传统木作的秩序感搭配现代的设计手法。大面积的玻璃延展到柱子,明档的视觉感受无论在室内还是室外都巧妙的延长了。与此同时,以皮影的视觉化表达品牌关于食材以及泡菜技艺的溯源,形成兼具氛围感与文化感的空间氛围。
In the design of the open space on the left side of the doorway, traditional wooden order is combined with modern design techniques. The large area of glass extends to the pillars, cleverly extending the visual experience of the open shelf both indoors and outdoors.
明档动态皮影鱼原始灵动有趣,增加用户体验的趣味性,以及吸引顾客的视线。
Mingdian Dynamic Shadow Fish is primitive, lively and interesting, adding fun to the user experience and attracting customers' attention.
明档集中展示了品牌川味原材料,通过辣椒,大蒜,五常大米等日常粮食,给空间增添了另一份烟火气息。
The combination of tea table, packing table, and menu table showcases the brand's Sichuan flavor raw materials, adding another smoky atmosphere to the space through daily grains such as chili, garlic, and Wuchang rice
室内明档区以材质肌理的对话构建空间叙事,其设计语言与室外场域形成有机衔接。定制的手工陶制器皿构成食材展示载体,搭配微型皮影戏灯箱装置,麻绳绕杆的支撑装饰柱,延续着整体概念的秩序感。
The indoor open space area constructs a spatial narrative through the dialogue of material texture, and its design language forms an organic connection with the outdoor field.
从卡座区域看向明档——夜幕降临,炊烟袅袅,万家灯火,房屋屋舍
。卡座视角构建出 "村落烟火 - 明档食趣 - 餐位私域" 的三重空间叙事。就餐区,两个竖排卡座之间用麻绳绕出一个面作为隔断,横排餐位之间用皮影戏隔断,结合木杆子交错设计,错落有致。结合着半透纱帘、一盏纸灯和屏风,半透的纸张上在灯光下投影出四川皮影图案表达的川菜文化,呈现出拙美自然的效果。
As night falls, smoke wafts from the kitchen, lights from thousands of homes and houses. The perspective of the booth constructs a triple spatial narrative of "village fireworks - open dining fun - dining private space". In the dining area, a hemp rope is used to wrap a surface between two vertical seating positions as a partition, and shadow puppetry is used to separate the horizontal seating positions. Combined with the staggered design of wooden poles, it is arranged in a staggered manner.
最内部的长排卡座抽象展现
了村舍的传统样子,三间两廊的基础格局、麻编材料、格栅、皮影灯箱,纸灯笼等传统物件,斜斜的立柱结构,一起营造一种“家舍的感觉”。
The innermost long row of booths abstractly presents the traditional appearance of the village house, with a basic layout of three rooms and two corridors, woven materials, grilles, shadow puppetry light boxes, paper lanterns and other traditional objects, and a slanted column structure, creating a "house like feeling" together.
卡座墙面利用简洁的木构,竖向支撑一个屋檐的建筑结构方式,灯火映照间,串联关于太二,川菜,以及非遗文化的设计感,空间四周墙面卡座区域的设计,整体表现出村舍的旧日时光包裹感。
The booth wall uses a simple wooden structure to vertically support one eave of the building structure,The lighting reflects the design sense of TAI ER SICHUAN CUISINE, Sichuan cuisine, and intangible cultural heritage. The design of the booth area on the walls around the space presents the overall sense of wrapping the old time of the village house.
由此,太二的空间设计从中心的展现非遗皮影,展现散座区的天光和灯笼到周边的非遗村落家舍的烟火气氛围都搭建完成,空间的整体设计保留原有太二的品牌基因,同时从非遗文化、艺术、光影、自然的维度重新诠释5.0的品牌形象。
As a result, the spatial design of TAI ER SICHUAN CUISINE has been completed, from showcasing intangible cultural heritage shadow puppets in the center, showing the sky and lanterns in the scattered seating area, to creating a fireworks atmosphere in the surrounding intangible cultural heritage village houses.
