【古韵之城，马上有福】

插画描绘的是在马鞍上的福州，左边马儿回头看向福州，比喻插画内容马上有福！插画以独特的构图和鲜明的色彩展现了福州的魅力，画面右上方是福州三刀髻女性在手绘着非物质文化遗产脱胎漆器，画面下方描绘的是福州三坊七巷的市井生活，古风人物大小对比增强视觉效果。
