犇妹老板在外闯荡时,偶然品尝到了一道令人惊艳的油卤串串。那一瞬间,她便萌生了将这份热辣滚烫的味道带回山城的想法。经过反复研究和改良,她创造出了独具重庆特色的麻辣配方一既麻又辣,让人回味无穷。于是,“三牛油卤串串”这个年轻的品牌应运而生。品牌以地道的重庆方言为宣传口号,以麻辣为主打特色,用江湖豪爽的气息拉近与食客的距离。我们希望通过美食,在快节奏的时代中与每一位食客建立情感连接,同时传播重庆深厚而丰富的地域文化。
When the boss of Ben Mei was wandering outside, he accidentally tasted an amazing oil brine skewers. At that moment, she had the idea of bringing this hot taste back to the mountain city. After repeated research and improvement, she has created a spicy recipe with unique Chongqing characteristics, which is both numb and spicy, which makes people have endless aftertaste. As a result, the young brand of "three butter marinated skewers" came into being. The brand uses the authentic Chongqing dialect as the promotional slogan, with spicy as the main feature, and uses the bold atmosphere of the rivers and lakes to shorten the distance with diners. We hope to establish an emotional connection with every diner in the fast-paced era through food, and at the same time spread the deep and rich regional culture of Chongqing.
