  The protagonists of the brand are a Kunming couple who left their hometown in their early years to go to Xinjiang to do business. No matter where you go, the taste of home always haunts people's souls. The landscapes of Kunming, the rice noodles of Kunming, and the steaming bowls of small pot rice noodles are all lingering nostalgia in their hearts. In order to alleviate this longing, the couple decided to take matters into their own hands and use local ingredients from Xinjiang to reproduce the taste of their hometown. They chose Xinjiang's specialty tomatoes, which are large, juicy and sweet, a gift from Xinjiang's sunshine and soil. They used these tomatoes to make a soup base, and paired it with selected rice noodles to make bowls of tomato noodles. Years later, the couple returned to Kunming with this unique taste. They decided to share the taste with more people, so they created "Fanhong Red Pot Rice Noodles". The name, taken from the "red" in their daughter's name, symbolizes the family's heritage and love for their hometown. Every bite of rice noodles is a longing for hometown, and every drop of soup is a respect for tradition.
