名称来源于20世纪初那场震撼艺术界的达达主义运动。达达主义以其对传统艺术的反叛、对理性的质疑、对偶然性与实验性的推崇，以及对大众文化与艺术融合的积极探索，为后世留下了丰富的精神遗产。

挞挞主义正是汲取了其中精髓，将其融入烘焙这一看似平凡却充满无限可能的领域，旨在通过每一枚糕点，传递出对生活的热爱、对创新的追求，以及对美好瞬间的珍惜。

我们深感现代都市生活的快节奏与高压力让人们逐渐忽略了生活中的小确幸，于是决定创立一个既能满足味蕾享受，又能激发心灵共鸣的空间，挞挞主义。在这里，烘焙不再仅仅是技艺的展现，更是一种生活态度的表达，是对日常琐碎的一次温柔反抗，是对美好瞬间的捕捉与定格。

Tatarism, a baking brand born from the collision of creativity and inspiration.

The name comes from the Dadaist movement that shocked the art world in the early 20th century. Dadaism, with its rebellion against traditional art, questioning of rationality, admiration for contingency and experimentation, and active exploration of the integration of popular culture and art, has left a rich spiritual legacy for future generations.

Tatarism has absorbed the essence of it and integrated it into baking, a seemingly ordinary but infinitely possible field, aiming to convey the love of life, the pursuit of innovation, and the cherishment of beautiful moments through every pastry.

We deeply feel that the fast pace and high pressure of modern urban life have gradually made people ignore the small happiness in life, so we decided to create a space that can satisfy the taste buds and inspire spiritual resonance, Tatarism. Here, baking is no longer just a display of skills, but also an expression of a life attitude, a gentle resistance to daily trivialities, and a capture and freeze of beautiful moments.
