凤凰单丛被誉为“茶中香水”，以香型众多、韵味独特而闻名，是中国茶树品种中自然花香最清高、花香类型最多样，滋味醇厚甘爽、韵味特殊的珍稀高香型名茶品种资源，被誉为“茶香之王。凤凰单丛茶采摘初制工艺，是手工或手工与机械生产相结合。制作过程是晒青、晾青、做青、杀青、揉捻、烘焙6道工序。按照制作工艺，可将其划分为肉桂香、黄枝香、蜜兰香等十大型号80多个品系。成品茶外形条索粗壮，匀整挺直，色泽黄褐，油润有光，并有朱砂红点；冲泡清香持久，滋味浓醇鲜爽，润喉回甘，具独特的山韵。有诗云“愿充凤凰茶山客，不作杏花醉里仙”。

Fenghuang Dancong, known as the "perfume in tea", is famous for its numerous fragrance types and unique charm. It is a rare and high fragrance tea variety resource with the clearest natural flower fragrance, the most diverse flower fragrance types, mellow and sweet taste, and special charm, known as the "king of tea fragrance".
