民生同春坊-品牌升级

1926年6月，浙江诸暨人周师洛和浙江省立专门学校的同学范文蔚等7人筹资6000银圆，以杭州的同春医院配方部为基础，开设同春药房，成立同春药房股份有限公司。同春药房开业不久，寿安坊的中华医药公司因经营不佳，将全部财产作

为股金与同春药房合并，公司资金因此增至1万银圆，全部职工约20人。同春药房开业后的半年多时间里，周师洛依靠股东大多数是医药界人士和同学这层关系来努力经营，在服务上，采用电话叫货、自行车送货的办法方便用户。1927年春，同春药房做成了一笔3万银圆的大生意，促进了业务的发展，并先后与上海经营药品批发的药房部和部分洋行建立了

赊销关系，使同春药房做的生意超过其资金的数十倍。以商促工阶段经历了两年多时间，商业业务的兴旺，促进了药品制造的发展。中国人自制针剂药并作为商品销售，同春药房是第一家。正因如此，同春药房的各类安瓶药品在1929年举办的西湖博览会上荣膺特等奖。1936年10月，企业更名为民生药厂股份有限公司。杭州民生与上海的信谊、新亚和海普一起被誉为中国人自办的最早的四大西药厂。

The credit sales relationship has enabled Tongchun Pharmacy to conduct business that exceeds its funds by dozens of times. The stage of promoting industry through commerce has gone through more than two years, and the prosperity of commercial business has promoted the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Chinese people make their own injection drugs and sell them as commodities, and Tongchun Pharmacy is the first one. As a result, various bottled medicines from Tongchun Pharmacy won the special prize at the West Lake Expo held in 1929. In October 1936, the company was renamed as Minsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
