本项目的初衷源自于对“大食物”理念的探索,从日常生活中的奇味食物出发,
深入探讨食臭及审臭的文化现象。
该项目不仅是对“臭味与香气”概念的思辨,更是对食物世界的探索,挑战人们对于食用界限的认知。同时,
食臭是一种年轻化社交与分享的形式,以一种“良性自虐”的方式,解放日常生活中的单调乏味。
通过分享独特的食物体验,将个体的兴趣与他人联系起来,分享美食不仅是拉近与陌生人关系的有效途径,更是将陌生人化为朋友的最佳桥梁。
作品旨在对气味可视化的探索,立足于嗅觉特性的理论探讨,思考在多模态环境下的气味设计语言。以食臭文化为基础,书籍演绎了独特的气味感知,进而提供一种气味在视觉表达中的应用尝试。
The original intention of this project originated from the exploration of the concept of "big food", starting from the strange taste food in daily life,and deeply exploring the cultural phenomenon of food odor and odor detection.This project is not only a speculation on the concept of "odor and aroma", but also an exploration of the food world, challenging people's understanding of the boundaries of consumption. Meanwhile,stinky food is a form of youthful socialization and sharing, liberating the monotony and boredom of daily life in a "benign self inflicted" manner.By sharing unique food experiences and connecting individual interests with others, sharing food is not only an effective way to build closer relationships with strangers, but also the best bridge to turn strangers into friends.
This work aims to explore the visualization of odors, based on the theoretical exploration of olfactory characteristics, and contemplate odor design languages in multimodal environments. Based on the culture of food odor, books interpret unique odor perception and provide an attempt to apply odors in visual expression.
