杭州民生药业股份有限公司（原杭州民生药厂）创建于1926年，是中国最早的四家西药厂之一，同时也是中国最早的针剂生产厂家。2000年整体改制为民营企业，2006年被国家商务部评为第一批“中华老字号”企业。“21金维他”被国家工商行政管理总局评审委员会认定为中国驰名商标。90余年来，民生药业一直专注于西药制药产业，见证着中国整个西药制药的历史。

Hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (formerly Hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical Factory), founded in 1926, is one of the four earliest western pharmaceutical factories in China, and also the earliest manufacturer of injections in China, which was restructured into a private enterprise in 2000, and was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China as the first batch of “Chinese old-fashioned brand name” enterprises in 2006. “Minsheng Pharmaceuticals has been specialized in the western pharmaceutical industry for more than 90 years and has witnessed the entire history of western pharmaceuticals in China.
