语言暴力

“你怎么这么没用！”

“你就是个废物！”

“再不听话，我就把你扔出家门，不要你了。” 

“你考这点分数，还有脸回家。”

……

在孩子的成长过程中，对这些来自父母的“语言暴力”并不陌生。

如果孩子长期在否定、负面的环境中生活成长，会让他们内化这些信息，给他们带来自卑、存在焦虑等心理问题。也有研究表明，长期语言暴力可能会影响孩子记忆力与大脑的发展，从而影响他们的智力。我因此画了这张作品。

如果问，作为父母的他们，为什么会对孩子实施语言暴力。

因为不少成为父母的人，并不了解孩子是独立个体的存在时，他们的语言暴力不仅仅针对孩子，也指向了他们内在的自己，只是他们难以察觉。语言暴力孩子只是印证着他们对待自己的方式，同样充满着攻击与不接纳。

在他们的成长过程中，他们缺少情感支持和鼓励的经验，没有获得过无条件的爱，他们也没有机会学会如何爱自己。

要怎么去调整呢。

每一个人都要学着全然的接纳自己和爱自己。这样首先就会让自己停止对自己的“语言暴力”，从而就会停止对孩子的语言暴力。也只有当一个人学会了真正爱自己，也才会有足够的爱，去爱自己的孩子。

Children are no strangers to this kind of "verbal violence" from their parents as they grow up.

If children live and grow up in a negative environment for a long period of time, they will internalize these messages and suffer from low self-esteem, anxiety and other psychological problems. There are also studies that show that prolonged verbal violence may affect a child's memory and brain development, thus affecting their intelligence. I drew this piece of artwork as a result.

If you ask, as parents, why do they commit verbal violence against their children.

It is because many parents do not realize that children are independent beings, and their verbal violence is not only directed at their children, but also at their inner selves, which is difficult for them to realize. A verbally violent child is just a testament to the way they treat themselves, which is just as full of aggression and non-acceptance.

Growing up, they lacked experiences of emotional support and encouragement, they were not given unconditional love, and they did not have the opportunity to learn how to love themselves.

What it takes to adjust.

Each person has to learn to accept and love themselves wholeheartedly. In this way, one stops "verbal violence" against oneself first of all, and thus against one's children. Only when one learns to love oneself will one have enough love to love one's children.
