民国年间，四川眉山洪雅县城南街口江氏，以当地优质雅牛肉为原料，秘制牛肉，于每年农历五月二十七洪雅台会出游日售卖，远近闻名，坊间有“看台会大戏，吃干巴牛肉”之俗语。洪雅台会经久不衰，江氏牛肉亦香溢百载。诞生于老街巷口、与洪雅台会一同见证岁月变迁的老味道——江志忠牛肉，历经四代传承，初心不改，历久弥香，最终成就百年老字号。
