何享健科学基金会LOGO灵感来自于何享健先生成立基金的初心与使命，并且融合了何享健先生的拼音首字母为一体，结合阶梯、羽翼符号的象征意向，科学没有捷径，而阶梯代表了科学工作者脚踏实地，在科研之路上沉下心，一步一个台阶，不断积累，不断向自己所追求的科学前进；羽翼代表探索、突破和创新，展现出科学工作者的气质，同时也体现了何享健先生对于科学工作者看的高一点，想得远一点的希冀；中间的原点代表代表科学所探求的规律和真理，科学工作者们不断积累前进，最终才得以攀上高峰取得耀眼的科学成果;四个阶梯色块也体现出何享健科学基金会的使命，在推动社会的科学进步和技术创新，基础研究和转化研究，支持青年科学家培养，支持国际科研交流为应对人类未来发展面临的挑战四个方面而持续努力。
