此方案以“何”空间为主要设计理念，外边框轮廓体现科学的严谨性，内部柔美舒适的线条则体现出人文关怀，同时“何”通“河”，水润万物、生生不息！

将从事科学研究发展的人才与其所处美好环境之间的微妙关系，转化成一种水的形态，采用层次来制造视觉冲击力。

其中Science（科学）的首字母“S”，以不同的线条结构来体现水的流动，又似浮动的人形流线，水有融合交汇之意，它灵动而富有节奏，既能延伸为科学研究之间的交流学习，也可以代表人才汇聚，亦或是源源不断的生命力。
