LOGO以HE变形，寓意基金创始人何享健先生。圆形为基本形象征着稳健、灵动、活力，蓝色为科学蓝，左中右排列方式寓意中庸之道,不偏不倚，象征科学的严谨性，鼓励为科学创新，为推动全球科学进步和技术创新，奖励对基础研究有突破性贡献的优秀科学家。
