图形部分以字母“H”、“E”作为主设计元素，突出何享健科学基金会；字母“H”与字母“E”连接设计，象征着基金会与科学工作者的紧密联系；字母“E”尾部三条延长线形成三个同心圆，代表着同心、同助、同创；标志图形整体为圆形形状，象征着太阳，传递出力量与希望；圆形尾部的三个小色块，代表着号召更多科学工作者努力参与国家科技进步、变革创新，筑圆未来的精神。
