聚合·向心
”这两个物理学概念为引导方向,对中国科学院工程热物理研究院进行规划设计,期望在“已知”的空间中拓展出“未知”的可能性,开启与未来的对话。
MARS takes "aggregation·centrality" as the guiding principles, applies them to the planning and design of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Thermophysics, aiming to expand the possibilities of the "known" space into the "unknown", and initiate a dialogue with the future.
中科院工程热物理研究院位于北京顺义临空经济核心区,北侧靠近国家地理信息科技产业园北区,西侧靠近国家地理信息科技产业园北区。作为顺义的核心区地块,周边的建筑在设计上却显得枯燥单一,缺少创新,色调暗淡,整个地段缺少创新产业园应有的气氛和活力。
The Engineering Thermophysics Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is in Beijing's Shunyi Aero-Economic Zone, near the National Geographic Information Technology Industrial Park. The area lacks vibrancy and innovation in design.
项目的规划位于两个地块,东侧地块规划为科研,西侧规划为教学。在地块被道路分割且面积紧张的情况下,MARS摒弃了传统的大学设置宏伟主校门的策略,而是以开放街区和建筑地标性去呼应中科院所需要的一个全新的形象。
The project spans two plots: one for research, the other for teaching. Despite space constraints, MARS ditches traditional grand entrances for open streets and architectural landmarks to create a fresh image for the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
综合教学楼和科研中心分居新规划道路上两侧,成为园区主要的标志性形象。两栋建筑优雅的曲线的形态向校园内部起伏,形成了“内聚”的张力和“向心”的力量,并化解了道路斜向插入对建筑布局的影响。
The teaching building and research center stand on either side of a newly planned road, serving as the main symbols of the campus. Their elegant curves blend seamlessly into the surroundings, fostering unity and coherence, and mitigating the disruption caused by the diagonal road.
综合教学楼阶梯状的设计不仅模拟了自然梯田的形态,也为建筑赋予了更多外部空间的张力。建筑外立面采用了银色和铜色百叶,形成了冷暖色调的对比。这种差异不仅体现在立面设计上,也清晰地区分了它们背后的功能区域。
The stepped design of the comprehensive teaching building mimics natural terraced landscapes and adds tension to the architecture. The facade combines silver and copper louvers, creating a contrast of warm and cool tones and clearly distinguishing functional areas.
科研中心采用了层次丰富的柔美曲线立面设计,与对街的教学楼形成了精巧的“聚合”之感。在阶梯状的幕墙后面,科研功能区域被巧妙地布置,而中庭的旋转楼梯则实现了不同楼层之间紧密的连接与互动。
The research center boasts a subtly curved facade, harmonizing with the teaching building opposite, creating a sense of "convergence." Behind the stepped curtain wall, the research areas are cleverly arranged, while a spiral staircase in the atrium fosters connectivity between floors.
实验楼由两个镜像旋转的S型结构叠加而成。这样的空间关系为建筑的底部创造了一处庭院景观,同时为顶部则形成了一片屋顶露台,极大地丰富了科研人员的公共活动空间。
The laboratory building features two mirrored S-shaped structures, creating a courtyard below and a rooftop terrace above, enhancing the communal space for researchers.
公寓的设计中不仅设计了多种不同种类的户型,还考虑到居住者的共享需求,设置了公共休息空间。通过外立面精心设计的几个开口,不仅提升了建筑的美观性,更重要的是实现了功能与立面的统一。
The apartment design incorporates various unit types and communal spaces to meet residents' shared needs. Carefully designed facade openings not only enhance the building's aesthetics but also integrate functionality with the facade.
我们将建筑作为一个实验性的物理学装置和自然感应式的生命容器,人类的存在以及基于人类行为的事件将深刻地影响着建筑和城市的面貌。建筑不仅是行为的容器,同时也激发着未知的智慧的启发,赋予空间自发的活力和灵活性。
We see architecture as an experimental tool and a living container shaped by natural sensitivity. Human presence and behavior significantly shape buildings and cities. Architecture is not just a vessel for actions but also sparks unknown wisdom, infusing spaces with vitality and adaptability.
