YOZX is a robotic system for orthopaedic surgery that consists of two parts: a navigation unit, which displays position data in real time, and an operation unit with a robotic arm in lightweight construction, which facilitates the surgeon’s work. “The system impresses with its clearly structured design, which creates different zones for each functional area,” the jury said. At the same time, the distinctive, tapered edge design improves ergonomics and underscores the mobile character of the cart system. Compared to previous versions, this new model is more lightweight, more compact and reduces the footprint by half.
