小城子在以川味火锅为主的餐饮领域积累了丰富经验,深知传统餐饮经营痛点。怀揣更高的追求,带着对行业的热爱,秉承匠人之心,以“辣、麻、咸、鲜、香、脆”为其口味,具有菜品多样、调味独特、吃法豪放等特点。聘请多位烹饪大师指导底料研发,引入创新型现代化管理手段,致力于打破供应源头与终端经营的信息壁垒,改变餐饮供应链秩序,打造新型餐饮供应链服务体系,为广大客户提供一条龙餐饮供应链定制化服务。
Xiaochengzi has accumulated rich experience in the catering industry, mainly focusing on Sichuan style hot pot, and is well aware of the pain points of traditional catering operations. With a higher pursuit and a passion for the industry, adhering to the craftsman's heart, its taste is "spicy, sesame, salty, fresh, fragrant, and crispy", with a variety of dishes, unique seasoning, and bold eating methods. Hiring multiple culinary masters to guide the research and development of base ingredients, introducing innovative modern management methods, committed to breaking down the information barriers between supply sources and terminal operations, changing the order of the catering supply chain, creating a new catering supply chain service system, and providing customized one-stop catering supply chain services for customers.
