在海南历史文化发展中有过诸多的里程碑式事件可歌可泣，就海南建省以来就面临着三次重大选择机会，一是海南建省，成立中国最大的经济特区；二是国际旅游岛；三是自由贸易港。

因此以海南近些年来的开放政策为脉络绘制了三幅海报：

第一幅描绘了邓小平的改革开放三十年以来海南的现代化发展；第二幅绘制了自国际旅游岛政策实施以来海南取得的重大成果：海南岛国际公路自行车赛、文昌市新航天发射场开工、海南交通系统的建设以及海南的特色美食美景等；第三幅绘制了一艘航行的轮船，代表着开启海南开放的新征程，推动各民族共建共享海南自由贸易港，共同迈向社会主义现代化和共同富裕。

There have been many milestone events in the historical and cultural development of Hainan, and since its establishment, Hainan has faced three major opportunities for choice. Firstly, Hainan was established as the province, establishing China's largest special economic zone; The second is an international tourism island; The third is a free trade port.

Therefore, based on Hainan's recent opening-up policies, three posters have been drawn:

The first picture depicts Deng Xiaoping's modernization development in Hainan since the thirty years of reform and opening up; The second picture depicts the significant achievements made by Hainan since the implementation of the international tourism island policy: the Hainan Island International Road Cycling Race, the construction of the Wenchang New Space Launch Site, the construction of Hainan's transportation system, and the unique cuisine and beauty of Hainan; The third painting depicts a sailing ship, representing a new journey of Hainan's opening up, promoting the joint construction and sharing of Hainan Free Trade Port among all ethnic groups, and jointly advancing towards socialist modernization and common prosperity.
