春风极核 CITY FUN加装电池包

项目背景：

速牛科技，是一家以两轮电动车周边配件为主要业务的专业化配件厂商。ZEEHO极核是浙江春风动力股份有限公司旗下EV品牌，是目前国内唯一具有摩托车背景的电摩品牌。

 

本次合作是春风委托速牛与平几设计，三方联合设计制造CITY FUN的加装电池包，CITY FUN为了满足国内电自的法规，因此在初期设定的时候仅仅是48V25Ah容量，做为具有越野属性的跨骑电自车型，CITY FUN的定位是既需要满足城市出行也需要满足轻越野的玩乐属性，因此目前的电池容量完全无法满足。

玩家的需求，也无法使电机功率最大化。在这样的背景下，平几设计在原车造型基础上进行了大容量电池仓的外观设计，此项目难点在于如何在满足压缩行程与电机散热的情况下，满足大容量的外观设计。

Project Background:

Speed Bull Technology, a specialized accessory manufacturer with two-wheeled electric vehicle peripheral accessories as its main business, ZEEHO Extreme Core is the EV brand of Zhejiang Chunfeng Power Company Limited, which is the only electric motorcycle brand with motorcycle background in China.

 

The cooperation is the spring breeze commissioned speed cow and flat several design, the three parties joint design and manufacture of CITY FUN add-on battery pack, CITY FUN in order to meet the domestic electric from the regulations, so in the initial setup is only 48V25Ah capacity, as a cross-country attributes of cross-country riding from the model, CITY FUN's positioning is the need to meet the city travel and also the need to meet the light cross-country play attributes, so the current battery capacity is completely unable to meet the needs of the domestic electric motorcycle. As a cross-country electric bike with off-road attributes, the CITY FUN is positioned to meet both urban travel and light off-road fun attributes.The current battery capacity can't meet the needs of the players and can't maximize the power of the motor.In such a background, Hirakushi design carries out the appearance design of large-capacity battery compartment on the basis of the original car modeling. The difficulty of this project lies in how to satisfy the appearance design of large-capacity while meeting the compression stroke and the heat dissipation of the motor.
