复合益生菌的作用是调节肠道菌群。对于肠道内的菌群紊乱所造成的消化不良腹泻，呕吐以及腹胀等有比较显著的治疗作用，益生菌在进入肠道后能够形成生物屏障，增强抵抗力，减少细菌和炎症的感染，而且还能够帮助胃肠消化，促进胃肠吸收，有缓解便秘的效果，同时还可以维持肠道的酸碱平衡。
