"PEOPLE-TO-PEOPLE"
The people are symbolized by scholar, worker, and farmer.
- SCHOLAR |The MindThe scholar represents all planners. Among them are heads of state or government and decision makers in companies and institutions.
- WORKER |The BodyThe worker represents all executors, Among them are government ministers, scientists, and engineers.
- FARMER |The SoulThe farmer represents all advisors. Among them are government advisors, spiritual leaders, lecturers, activists, and artists.
The scholar can further be perceived as the mind, the worker as the body, and the farmer as the soul. One complements the other. Along with their international counterparts, they promote mutual learning among civilizations. The ‘international’ part is symbolized by a globe.
"EXCHANGES"
The exchanges are symbolized by five pair of joined palms. They also symbolized the vision of "peace, tranquility, prosperity, beauty and friendship" respectively.
COLOR
Orange represents ASEAN.
Red represents China.
FONT
The text is set to Noto Sans (open source font from Google).
