在当下快节奏的都市生活中，许多人疲于工作和生活，而无处释放的压力让他们封闭了自己的耳朵和心灵。

在这样的背景下，也出现了许多为让人们放松身心而设立的活动。

制躁计划正为此而生。它源自于一群年轻人通过音乐对死板枯燥的日常而发出的反抗，他们誓在突破常规寻找自我，并将享受音乐的这份快乐传递给更多的人。躁字在其中并非贬义，它与沉寂形成对比，以突出快乐、狂欢的氛围。

In today's fast-paced urban life, many people are tired of work and life, and the pressure of having nowhere to release makes them close their ears and hearts.

Against this backdrop, many events have also emerged for people to relax and unwind.

The manipulative program was born for this. It originated from a group of young people who rebelled against the rigid and boring daily life through music, vowing to break through the routine to find themselves and pass on the joy of enjoying music to more people. The word manic is not pejorative in it, it contrasts with silence to highlight the happy, carnival atmosphere.
