清代以来被称为东北八大名山第一奇观。被载入《中国名胜词典》。

宣统元年有诗赞曰：“翠柏苍松荫作蓬，四周云雾锁其峰，浓云四处微云露，鳞甲森严欲化龙。”

Since the Qing Dynasty, it has been known as the first wonder of the eight famous mountains in Northeast China. Listed in the Chinese Dictionary of Scenic Spots.
