武夷山国家公园1号风景道途经武夷山国家公园核心区域、黄坑景区、楠木林景区、考亭书院、五夫朱子故居等30余处精彩景区和文化景点，构筑起大武夷生态旅游环线，全面展现闽北优质的文化和旅游资源。

武夷山国家公园1号风景道按主题特色分四段，南源岭一黄坑镇: 为生态探索之旅，展示“碧水丹山，生物之窗”的特色主题;黄坑镇一莒口镇:为乡村度假之旅，展示“林海竹乡，山水人家”的特色主题;莒口镇一五夫镇:为历史人文之旅，展示“理学之邦，人杰地灵”的特色主题，五夫镇一南源岭: 为山水茶之旅，展示“万古山水，万里茶道”的主题特色。

Scenic Road 1 of Mount Wuyi National Park is divided into four sections according to the theme. Nanyuanling Huangkeng Town: for the ecological exploration trip, it displays the characteristic theme of "blue water and red mountains, the window of biology"; Huangkeng Town - Jukou Town: A rural vacation tour showcasing the unique theme of "Lin Hai Zhu Xiang, Shan Shui Ren"; Jukou Town to Wufu Town: a historical and cultural tour showcasing the distinctive theme of "the land of Neo Confucianism, outstanding people and earth". Wufu Town to Nanyuan Ridge: a mountain and water tea tour showcasing the theme of "ancient mountains and waters, thousand miles of tea ceremony".

标志提取武夷山国家公园1号风景道四段主题特色中，各自的象征性元素：绿竹、山水、茶道、理学(兴贤书院)作为标志的主要构成思路。标志整体将大写“壹”做形变，来构成标志主体形象，呼应主题名称。风景道长达251公里，寓意“爱武夷”，故以艺术化的形式将数字“251”巧妙地融入其中，更深刻地传递了对武夷山的深情厚意。标志下半部分宛如水波涟漪又形似“W”线条动感十足，环绕四周构筑起大武夷生态旅游环线的意象，使人去感受及保护世界文化与自然遗产之美。标志元素不仅简洁大气、易于传播，也展现了中国文化的国际化魅力。

标志色彩采用碧绿色向湛蓝色渐变过度，其代表绿水青山。更是传递了武夷山风景“绿色、开放、交融”的理念。
