-男士护肤、美妆作为近年化妆品类一个新聚焦的赛道,各大中小品牌都在抢占头部流量并纷纷推出旗下男士产品。但由于商业模式易复制,模仿门槛低,短短几年,市场上就出现了众多从名字、产品/服务到装修风格都高度同质化的品牌。如何从众多男士护肤品类中突颖而出,打造属于漫护理的品牌资产、理念,从而在此赛道上快速占据认知优势。
-Men's skin care and beauty makeup have become a new focus of the cosmetics category in recent years. All major, medium and small brands are grabbing head traffic and launching their men's products one after another. However, because the business model is easy to copy and the threshold for imitation is low, in just a few years, many brands with highly homogeneous names, products/services and decoration styles have appeared on the market. How to stand out from the many men's skin care products and create brand assets and concepts that belong to diffuse care, so as to quickly occupy a cognitive advantage on this track
