项目背景丨BACKGROUND
“小面坊”专门做国人的面点餐饮,面点讲究一个现吃现做才劲道,面点的软硬弹牙也取决于手的力度。所以“小面坊”选用上等好面粉,当天现做,无添加手工制作,包括包子、馅饼等等面点,吃饭就要讲究“精面细食,顿顿好饭”。
"Flour Workshop" specializes in making Chinese pasta meals. It stresses the ability to make noodles as soon as you eat them. The soft and hard teeth of noodles also depend on the strength of your hands. Therefore, the "flour workshop" selects high-quality flour and makes it on the same day, including steamed buns, pies and other pastries. When eating, we should pay attention to "fine flour, fine food, and a good meal".
